Wage & Hour Rights and Responsibilities

Wage Payment: Employee rights include:- Spend for all wages earned (INFO # 3) at the rate concurred to by the company and staff member.

Written Demands, Complaints, & Investigations

Demands & Complaints for Wages: If a company owes you salaries, you can send your company a composed need for payment of salaries by mail, e-mail, text, or other electronic ways. A written demand may be sent out to the employer at the very same time a Labor Standards Complaint Form for unsettled salaries is filed with the Division.
