Employment-Based Immigration: very First Preference EB-1
You may be eligible for an employment-based, first-preference visa if you are an alien of amazing ability, are an exceptional teacher or scientist, or are a certain multinational executive or employment manager. Each occupational classification has particular requirements that need to be met:

– Evidence that your work has been shown at artistic exhibitions or showcases
– Evidence of your performance of a leading or critical function in distinguished organizations
– Evidence that you command a high wage or other considerably high reimbursement in relation to others in the field
– Evidence of your business successes in the performing arts

** Examples of Documentary Evidence That an Individual is an Outstanding Professor or Researcher
In order to show you are an exceptional professor or scientist, you should consist of proof of 2 of the 6 noted requirements listed below (or equivalent proof if any of the requirements do not easily apply):
– Evidence of receipt of significant prizes or awards for impressive accomplishment
– Evidence of subscription in associations that need their members to demonstrate exceptional achievement
– Evidence of released material in professional publications written by others about the alien’s work in the scholastic field

Application Process
Extraordinary Ability: You may get yourself by submitting a Form I-140, employment Petition for Alien Worker.
Outstanding Professors and Researchers: Your U.S. company must file a Form I-140, Petition for Alien Worker. As part of the application procedure, your company needs to have the ability to show a continuing ability to pay the used wage as of the concern date. Your employer may use an annual report, federal tax return, or audited monetary statement to demonstrate a continuing capability to pay your wage.
Multinational Manager or Executive: Your U.S. company must file USCIS Form I-140, Petition for Alien Worker. As part of the application procedure, your employer should have the ability to demonstrate a continuing capability to pay the provided wage as of the concern date.
